To disconnect users select the Administration ribbon tab then click Disconnect Users. In order to disconnect users you must have at least Administrator privileges.

 

 

The disconnect dialog displays all the connected users along with their Client Type, User Type, IP Address, Session ID and the time at which the session was started and the last time the session showed any activity.

 

To disconnect users, select the users you want to disconnect and click Disconnect Selected Users. To multi-select users, hold down <SHIFT> or <CTRL> while selecting.

 

You can also enter a Disconnect Reason to inform the users why they are being disconnected. This message will appear in the message box of the client application after the session has been disconnected.

 

 

Note that you are not able to disconnect your own session.
